Architecture and interior design in Sarıyer, Istanbul
From design to turnkey handover in Zekeriyaköy, Uskumruköy, Kilyos and across Sarıyer.
Our office and showroom are at the entrance to Zekeriyaköy. We design and build homes in the villages of northern Sarıyer — Zekeriyaköy, Uskumruköy, Kilyos, Demirciköy and Bahçeköy — and in neighboring Göktürk and Kemerburgaz, with our own teams.
Zekeriyaköy
Zekeriyaköy is where we do most of our work. From design to turnkey build, we work on villas here with our own teams, from our office at the entrance to Zekeriyaköy.
Uskumruköy
Our office and showroom are in Uskumruköy, at the entrance to Zekeriyaköy. We look after villa design, renovation and bespoke furniture jobs in the neighborhood as if they were on our doorstep.
Kilyos
In Kilyos we designed the interiors, facade and landscape of Marenegro Villa. We work on villas on the Black Sea coast from design to build.

We keep to the handover date in the contract; we have never missed one. The price is itemized in writing, and not a single lira is added without your approval.
2–5 year warranty
We give a warranty of 2 to 5 years on our work, depending on the scope.
Our own teams, no subcontractors
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, plastering, carpentry and IT work are done by our in-house teams. With no middleman margin, quality and price are in our hands; we stand behind our work.
