In the villages of Sarıyer, from Zekeriyaköy to Kilyos, there are many buildings full of character that have worn over the years. Our aim in restoration is to keep the character and story a building carries while bringing it up to today's expectations of comfort, safety and energy use.
First, the right diagnosis
Every restoration starts with a careful on-site inspection. Together we decide which elements should be kept (stone, timber, original details) and which parts need renewing. We deal with the hidden but vital things, such as plumbing, wiring, insulation, roof and windows, from the very start.
For listed buildings the process depends on the permits of the relevant heritage board; at the site visit we assess the building's condition and the permits needed together with you.
Keep the character, add the comfort
Rather than imitating the old or erasing it completely, we combine the original fabric with today's materials and systems in a balanced way. We make decisions with 3D visuals and choose materials with real samples in our showroom.
Built by our own teams
Plastering, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry are all done by our in-house teams. Every job runs under a written contract; any possible extra cost is put to you for approval first, and you follow progress with daily photos in the client portal. The work is handed over with a 2–5 year warranty, depending on the scope.
