Interior design is not just choosing colors and furniture. It answers questions like where the light comes from at each time of day, how the kitchen flows into the living room, how children and adults share the same house, and where storage should be hidden. At Art B Mimarlık every project starts by understanding the daily routine of the family who will live there.
Design work is led by qualified interior architect Büşra Yel, who has practiced since 2012 and founded Art B Mimarlık in 2016. The studio is registered with the Chamber of Interior Architects of Turkey (TMMOB), and every job runs under a written contract.
Interior design in Zekeriyaköy and Sarıyer
In the villas of Zekeriyaköy, Uskumruköy, Kilyos, Demirciköy and Bahçeköy we design spacious, light-filled homes that live with the forest around them. We have completed many projects in the area, including villas for business people, athletes and actors, so we know the local questions well: privacy, the relationship with the garden, seasonal changes and easy upkeep.
One team from design to build
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, plastering and carpentry are all done by our own in-house teams. Because the people who draw the design and the people who build it work under the same roof, details are not lost on site; with no middleman, we control both quality and price directly. We stand behind our work.
So that decisions are never guesswork, we work through every space with photorealistic 3D visuals. You choose materials from real samples in our office and showroom, and we hold regular meetings at every stage.
How we work
- Site visit and brief: We see the space in person and listen to your needs and how you live.
- Design and 3D: Decisions are made together over drawings and photorealistic visuals; you see the result before anything is built.
- Material selection in the showroom: You choose from real samples at our office in Zekeriyaköy.
- Contract and itemized quote: Scope, schedule and price are put in writing; any possible extra cost comes to you for approval first.
- Build and tracking: Our own teams do the work; you follow progress with daily photos in the client portal.
- Handover and warranty: We hand over with a 2–5 year warranty, depending on the scope.
Transparent costs
We give a firm price after the site visit and needs analysis, as an itemized written quote. In the client portal you see every work and material item with its price; if the scope changes, the new cost comes to you for visual and written approval first. There are no surprise charges.
