Architecture is much more than the skeleton of a building: it means thinking about how life flows, light, the view and the future all at once. We work with you at every stage, from concept to preliminary design and from construction drawings to details.
Every project starts with the story of the people who will live in it. Family make-up, daily routine, circulation inside the house and the priority given to the view shape the architectural decisions. Instead of one-size-fits-all "modern villa" templates, we create compositions for your plot and your life.
Homes and villas in Sarıyer
In Zekeriyaköy, Uskumruköy, Kilyos and the surrounding area we put the slope, orientation and view of the land and the natural character of the area at the center of the design. Because we think about the architecture together with the interior and the facade, the building speaks one language inside and out.
See it before you decide
We support every design stage with photorealistic 3D visuals; you see the proportions of the spaces, their light and their relationship with the view before construction. Mistakes are corrected on screen, not on site.
From design to build
We prepare projects with the architect and civil engineer on our team, coordinate the structural, mechanical and electrical designs and run the municipal approval process. If you wish, our own teams also build the project. You can also take the technical drawings and build with another team. Every job runs under a written contract.
