Even the best design falls flat if it is built badly. That is why we do not hand renovation work to other teams: we run it with our own site teams, with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, plastering, painting, carpentry and architecture under one roof. The detail the designer draws reaches the craftsman's hands just as clearly.

We work in villas and gated communities in Zekeriyaköy, Uskumruköy, Kilyos and the surrounding area. Our sites work between 08:00 and 19:00 in line with community and local permits, and we respect neighbors and site rules. Our technical team can be reached 24/7, weekends included.

How we work

Site visit and brief: We see the space in person and listen to your needs and how you live.
Design and 3D: Decisions are made together over drawings and photorealistic visuals; you see the result before anything is built.
Material selection in the showroom: You choose from real samples at our office in Zekeriyaköy.
Contract and itemized quote: Scope, schedule and price are put in writing; any possible extra cost comes to you for approval first.
Build and tracking: Our own teams do the work; you follow progress with daily photos in the client portal.
Handover and warranty: We hand over with a 2–5 year warranty, depending on the scope.

Qualified interior architect, woman founder

Our founder Büşra Yel is a qualified interior architect, practicing since 2012. She founded Art B Mimarlık in 2016 as a woman entrepreneur and leads all design work herself.

Registered with the Chamber

Art B Mimarlık is registered with the Chamber of Interior Architects of Turkey (TMMOB). Our team also includes an architect and a civil engineer.

Every job starts with a written contract and an itemized quote. On request we provide official letters confirming we have no tax debt and no liens or lawsuits.

We keep to the handover date in the contract; we have never missed one. The price is itemized in writing, and not a single lira is added without your approval.

About Villa Renovation

How long does a villa renovation take?

It depends on the scope, the floor area and material lead times. After the site visit and design, we give you the schedule in writing and include it in the contract.

Can we live in the house during the renovation?

It depends on the scope. For partial work we can plan the job room by room; for a full renovation we usually recommend moving out. We assess this together at the site visit.

What happens if there is an extra cost?

Every extra cost is sent to you in the client portal for visual and written approval before the work is done. Nothing you have not approved appears on the invoice.

Do you give a warranty?

Yes. Depending on the scope, we give a warranty of 2 to 5 years on our work; the terms are written into the contract.

What about community permits and working hours?

We work within the hours allowed by the community and local permits (usually 08:00–19:00), and we plan the required notices and permits together with the site management.
