In villa projects in Zekeriyaköy, Uskumruköy, Kilyos and around the Bosphorus we prefer materials that sit well with nature: timber, stone and renders in natural tones. We propose long-lasting, low-maintenance solutions that take the area's humidity, wind and seasons into account. For buildings in the city we aim for a simple, timeless character.
See it first, then build
We decide on the facade together using photorealistic 3D visuals in different light and at different times of day. Night lighting and the relationship with the landscape are part of the design.
Build
We build facades with our own teams. The work runs under a written contract; an itemized price is set in advance and you follow progress in the client portal. The work is handed over with a 2–5 year warranty, depending on the scope.
How we work
- Site visit and brief: We see the space in person and listen to your needs and how you live.
- Design and 3D: Decisions are made together over drawings and photorealistic visuals; you see the result before anything is built.
- Material selection in the showroom: You choose from real samples at our office in Zekeriyaköy.
- Contract and itemized quote: Scope, schedule and price are put in writing; any possible extra cost comes to you for approval first.
- Build and tracking: Our own teams do the work; you follow progress with daily photos in the client portal.
- Handover and warranty: We hand over with a 2–5 year warranty, depending on the scope.
