What we do in Zekeriyaköy
Zekeriyaköy is a settlement of mostly detached villas in the north of Sarıyer, Istanbul, close to the Belgrad Forest. Art B Mimarlık's founder, interior architect Büşra Yel, set up the studio here in 2016; our office and showroom are still at the entrance to Zekeriyaköy (registered address: Uskumruköy Mah. 3. Cadde No: 34).
Our completed work in the area includes villa living rooms, the Zekeriyaköy Sunset Villa, the Zekeriyaköy Village Project, an apartment at Life Garden, a feature wall and a veterinary clinic. Villas for business people, athletes and artists are among them; we do not share names.
What we do most often in Zekeriyaköy:
- Interior design: living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms redesigned from scratch
- Villa renovation: renewing a lived-in home, turnkey
- Bespoke furniture and children's rooms: made to measure
- Facade design and architectural design
Working in the area
- We follow community and local rules. Our sites work within the hours allowed by site managements and the area (between 08:00 and 19:00).
- Permit work is in-house. Our team includes an architect and a civil engineer; we handle changes that need municipal approval.
- You choose materials close by. We look at samples together in our showroom in Zekeriyaköy; being nearby makes site visits and progress checks easy.
- Everything in writing. Work starts with an itemized quote and a contract; you follow daily photos and progress in the client portal. Any possible extra cost comes to you for written approval first.
- English spoken. Our English-speaking architects work with international families throughout the project.
