Meeting and site visit
We meet at our office and showroom in Zekeriyaköy or at your home. We listen to your needs, expectations and budget and look at the space in person.

Design and 3D
Our qualified interior architect prepares the design; you see the finished result in 3D visuals before anything is built. We choose materials together from real samples in the showroom.

Itemized quote and contract
After the site visit we present the work as an itemized written quote. Every job starts with a written contract; on request we provide letters confirming we have no tax debt and no liens or lawsuits.

Built by our own teams
Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, plastering, carpentry and IT work are done by our own teams; for work that needs permits, our architect and civil engineer lead the process.

Live tracking in the portal
We open a personal project account for you. You follow daily photos, progress and the itemized list of work and materials with prices from your phone.

Handover and warranty
We are still there after handover: we give a 2 to 5 year warranty depending on the scope, and our technical team can be reached 24/7, weekends included.

Qualified interior architect, woman founder
Our founder Büşra Yel is a qualified interior architect, practicing since 2012. She founded Art B Mimarlık in 2016 as a woman entrepreneur and leads all design work herself.
Registered with the Chamber
Art B Mimarlık is registered with the Chamber of Interior Architects of Turkey (TMMOB). Our team also includes an architect and a civil engineer.
Work under contract
Every job starts with a written contract and an itemized quote. On request we provide official letters confirming we have no tax debt and no liens or lawsuits.
On time, no surprise charges
We keep to the handover date in the contract; we have never missed one. The price is itemized in writing, and not a single lira is added without your approval.
2–5 year warranty
We give a warranty of 2 to 5 years on our work, depending on the scope.

What happens if an extra cost comes up during the work?
Any possible extra cost is put to you in writing and visually for approval first. Nothing is charged without your approval.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, plastering, carpentry and IT work are done by our own in-house teams. With no middleman margin, quality and price are in our hands.
How do you set the price?
Every home is different, so we do not give fixed prices. After the site visit we present the work as an itemized written quote and start with a written contract.
Do you give a warranty on your work?
Yes. We give a warranty of 2 to 5 years, depending on the scope of the work.
Can I reach you at the weekend?
Our technical team can be reached 24/7, weekends included. Our office and showroom are open on weekdays 09:00–18:00; at weekends we meet by appointment, 10:00–18:00.
