Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Art B Mimarlık Ofisi ("Art B", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you contact us through our website, by phone, on WhatsApp or through our Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads. 2. What we collect

Identity and contact details: name, phone number, email address.
Request details: the type and location of your project, its approximate size, when you would like to start and any notes you send us.
WhatsApp messages: the messages, photos, documents, locations and voice notes you send to our WhatsApp number; your WhatsApp profile name; delivery and read status. If you wrote to us from an ad, which ad it was.
Meta lead forms: the details you enter in a Facebook / Instagram ad form and which campaign the form came from.
Technical data: IP address, browser details and cookies when you use our website (cookie policy, Turkish).

3. Why we use it

To answer your request, call you or reply on WhatsApp,
To arrange site visits, measurements and meetings, and to prepare quotes,
To run your project and meet our legal obligations if we sign a contract,
To measure which ads and channels work.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

Our WhatsApp messaging runs on Meta Platforms' WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Your messages reach us through Meta's infrastructure and are stored in our management panel, which only authorized Art B staff can access. We only message you within a conversation you started or where you have given permission. How Meta processes data is explained in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers: Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Maps) and our web hosting company — only as far as they need to provide their service.
Our project team: the architects and site team who run your project, if it goes ahead.
Authorities: only where the law requires it.

Some of our service providers have servers outside Türkiye; transfers are made in line with KVKK.

6. How long we keep it

We keep request and message records until your request is closed and for up to 2 years after that. If we sign a contract, related records are kept for the legal retention periods. Photos and documents sent on WhatsApp are kept on Meta's side for about 30 days.

7. Security

Your data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in a password-protected panel that only authorized Art B staff can access. Access is role-based; only managers can read messages.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted and to object to processing. If you do not want to receive marketing messages, simply write "STOP" on WhatsApp.

9. Deleting your data

To have your records with us (messages, request and contact details) deleted:

write "Delete my data" to +90 545 372 37 29 on WhatsApp, or
email iletisim@artbmimarlik.com, giving the phone number you used.

We complete your request within 30 days and let you know. Records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices) are kept until that period ends.
